Some items may require processing times which is additional to shipping time all items require signature upon delivery

Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. If you wish to return an item please send an email to glitzzyhairinc@gmail.com with your order number and details to receive return instructions. Before requesting a return please ensure your items are in its original condition. Opened, or altered Items cannot be returned. Also any items that are final sale cannot be returned.

Depending on how well you are taking care of them and what products you use on them, and how often you wear them, they can last about from 6 months up to a year or even longer.
